On Mar 30, 2023 CISA added ten new vulnerabilities to their catalog based on evidence of active exploitation. Among them was CVE-2014-1776, a Microsoft Internet Explorer Memory Corruption Vulnerability affecting Internet Explore 6 through 11. CVE-2014-1776 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause denial of service (memory corruption).
We added this CVE to CEWL at the start of the company - nearly 3 years ago - and have known about it since April 26, 2014, long before CISA let you know it was a problem.
Know sooner and know for sure what to patch to stop threat actors with CTCI and CEWL. Schedule your demo today. https://calendly.com/ctci-inc/ctci-cewl-demo-1-hour
